We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Restocking fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Non-returnable items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition
- Final sale items (if marked during promotions)
